Working with the cycles and rhythms of nature, we design menus inspired by the abundance and beauty of California’s Central Coast and the multicultural heritage of our home state. Our goal is to nourish conviviality and connection to nature through personalized, mindfully-sourced menus.

Our hands-on wild foods classes emphasize foraged cuisine, basic kitchen herbalism, culinary history, foraging ethics and land stewardship. Classes consist of spending time together in the field and kitchen to explore the delicious, storied California landscape by learning to identify and cook with edible and medicinal species. They provide opportunities to meaningfully connect with local flora and fauna, offer a space for digital detox, and nourish new friendships.
